Membership Benefits
Your membership includes a comprehensive range of in-house diagnostic tests, treatments, and procedures:

Individual Plan
$45.00 / month Comprehensive coverage for one adult.
Family Plan
$150.00 / month Covers the head of household plus up to 3 dependents (spouse or children up to 21 years of age). Additional members can be added for $30/month.
Corporate Plan
Starting at $45.00 / month per employee Help your team get back to work faster and reduce absenteeism. Employers purchasing 10 or more memberships receive a discounted rate of $35.00 per employee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this health insurance? No. This membership is not health insurance and does not provide comprehensive health coverage. It is a service agreement valid only for care provided at Urgent Care of Saline County in Marshall, MO.
When does my membership start? Your membership becomes active at midnight on your application date once the application fee, first month’s payment, and ACH authorization are received.
How do payments work? Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month via ACH or a valid debit/credit card.
Can I cancel my membership? You may cancel after your 5-month minimum commitment with written notice. If you cancel before the 5th month, a fee applies to meet the $200 program minimum.
Terms & Conditions
Membership Enrollment & Activation
- Minimum Commitment: All memberships require a 5-month minimum commitment.
- Automatic Renewal: After the initial 5 months, memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis.
- Activation Time: Membership benefits become active at midnight on the application date once the application fee, first month’s payment, and ACH authorization are received.
- No Same-Day Use: Services cannot be used on the same day the application is submitted.
- Renewal Date: Memberships renew on the 1st of each month.
- No Prorating: Partial months are not prorated.
Payments, Late Fees & Grace Periods
- Payment Method: Payments are processed automatically via credit/debit card or ACH.
- Late Fee Application: A late fee applies if a failed payment is not corrected by the 10th of the month.
- Individual Late Fee: $5.00.
- Family Late Fee: $15.00.
- Grace Period: No late fee will be charged if the payment issue is resolved within 10 business days of the initial notification.
- Account Suspension: Urgent Care of Saline County (UCSC) may cancel a membership 10 days after a failed payment notice if the issue remains unresolved.
Cancellation Policy
- Written Notice: All membership terminations must be submitted in writing by the member or employer.
- Early Cancellation Fee: If a membership is cancelled before the 5-month minimum is met, the member (or employer) must pay the difference to meet a $200 program minimum.
- Corporate Qualifying Events: For corporate plans, the early cancellation fee is waived if the termination is due to a qualifying event, including:
- Employee termination or layoff.
- Employee relocation.
- Marriage.
- Employee status change from full-time to part-time.
- Death.
