The Urgent Care of Saline County (UCSC) Corporate Membership Program offers employers a way to provide high-quality, same-day medical care to their workforce. This program focuses on reducing absenteeism by helping employees get back to work faster through convenient, walk-in access with no additional visit costs.

Membership Benefits

Members receive a limited scope of primary and urgent care services directly at our Marshall, MO clinic.

Convenient Access: Walk-in convenience with no appointment necessary, online check-in, and telehealth visits during clinic hours.
Diagnostic Testing: Includes all in-house X-rays, EKG testing, and all in-house lab testing (send-out labs are billed separately by the lab partner).
Treatments & Procedures: Covers all procedures including suturing, foreign body removal, abscess incision and drainage, ear lavage, and wound care.
Medications & Fluids: Includes all injected medications, acute IV fluids, and breathing treatments.
Injury & Illness Care: Treatment for cold/flu, sinus infections, migraines, burns, rashes, and non-life-threatening allergic reactions.
Supplies: Includes all splints and casts.
Wellness: Sports physicals are included.

Membership Costs

Standard Corporate Rate: $45.00 per employee per month.
Volume Discount: $35.00 per employee per month for employers purchasing 10 or more memberships.
Payment: Processed monthly via ACH or a valid debit/credit card.
Family Add-ons: Family plans are available, covering the head of household plus up to 3 dependents (spouse or children).

Terms & Conditions

Commitment: Requires a 5-month minimum commitment; memberships renew automatically each month thereafter.
Activation: Membership becomes active at midnight on the application date following approval and payment. Same-day use is not permitted.
Late Fees: A $5 fee applies to individual memberships if payment is not corrected by the 10th of the month (waived if resolved within 10 business days of notification).
Cancellation: Corporate memberships may be cancelled after the 5th month with written notice. If cancelled early without a Qualifying Event, the employer must pay the difference to meet the $200 minimum.
Qualifying Events: Includes employee termination/layoff, relocation, marriage, death, or status change from full-time to part-time.

This membership is NOT health insurance and does not provide health coverage. Benefits are valid only at Urgent Care of Saline County in Marshall, Missouri. Services received at other facilities are not covered or reimbursed.
